Commissioning
At Starline, your project’s success is our priority. Recognizing the risks tied to system energization, we’ve developed a meticulous commissioning process tailored specifically for inspecting, testing, and reporting on your Starline Busway and Critical Power Monitor (“CPM”) products. Our proactive approach during commissioning helps anticipate and avert potential issues, ensuring a seamless operational experience.
LEVEL 3 COMMISSIONING: PRE-FUNCTIONAL TESTING (START-UP)
Engaging Starline-certified technicians for a meticulous inspection and validation of the installation before final commissioning safeguards the success of your project. Level 3 commissioning guarantees adherence to safety protocols and alignment with factory standards, ensuring ongoing reliability. Technicians conduct comprehensive testing before energizing the busway.

LEVEL 4 COMMISSIONING: FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE TESTING
Our experienced team will develop a comprehensive test script and perform the functions of Level 4 commissioning. We deliver loads of up to 100% of the rated system amperage to the busways, and the focus at this stage is testing the busway systems only.
- All busway testing equipment and personnel provided

LEVEL 5 COMMISSIONING: INTEGRATED SYSTEM TESTING
With Level 5 commissioning, our team will develop a comprehensive test script and perform the functions of Level 5 commissioning alongside your selected Commissioning Agent. We deliver loads of up to 100% of the rated system amperage to the busways and extend testing to other upstream equipment like PDUs, UPSs, and transfer switches. We work closely with your Commissioning Agent throughout this process to ensure a safe and thorough system test.
